Country Strong
Never forget the laughable moments in life they come in handy at times when you need them the most especially during Mid Term week and Finals week
Wild horses outside of Cheney Washington the herd was near a rest stop I almost stepped on a rattle snake when I took this photo and the big horse charged at me I was also holding my 4 year old cousin who was then 2 he lost his shoe and I had to get it which I almost had my hand to close to the rattle snake. the story behind this picture is so big compared to any other photo I was also visiting Eastern Washington University. It is amazing the story behind this photo and how chaotic it was for me and my 4 year old cousin we were both so into the horses that we didn’t notice the danger below us. Thankfully no one got hurt he got his shoe and the horse never got to us. It was both our first encounter with Wild horses and our first encounter with a rattle snake. I doubt he remembers this but I sure do.
I just learned how to use window live video in september this was the first I made with picture so it is more a slide show
Be happy for balloons because they make part decorations easy and make grown men sound like mickey mouse. Be happy for Rainbows and that the world is filled with bright colors. Be happy you can wear whatever colors you are in the mood for and decorate your bedroom the way you like.
In honor of women’s history month here is my newest post read it it is very important right now with all that women have to fight for at this time
I have been reading biographies of dangerous women in history recently and I have to wonder we consider these women dangerous butWhy do we think of them that way? first there is Jane Addams she started Hull House in Chicago and it helped many people over the years until it recently shut it’s doors she fought for child labor and social justice and helped to bring unions so we had a voice in our work situations she helped better factories she did this with the help of several of her female friends that lived at hull house she helped many rich people realize they are no better then the working class and poor and helped people to just want to help others out of the goodness of her heart we love to hate her but all the things she did for the women’s suffrage movement and how she helped people no matter who they were we should love her and appreciate all the good she did and then there’s Emma Goldman yes the woman had a tendency to be a bit extreme and a little violent at times but she fought for birth control and a woman’s control over her body and made it so women could fight she also was a women who was truly an inspiration for the free love movement and she gave great speeches because she never really did the one’s people wrote for her she spoke from the heart. one thing I disagree with about Goldman was anarchism because that is way to extreme and totally out there. what is the difference between these two women one was very into reforming factories were the other was very into a woman’s control over her body if you know what I mean another difference is Jane Addams was allowed to stay in the US were Emma Goldman was deported and not allowed back permanetly until she died because she was such a threat but was she really were either women truly a threat I think not it is Just men were considered the dominant sex at the time and women were supposed to stay silent throughout history men haven’t wanted a woman to have control over her body many still don’t and women still have to fight as well as we still have to fight for protection from abusive husbands, boyfriends and so on I wonder what these women would have done for women and how they would react to the men who have been recently attacking women and their control over their bodies and if they would help to fight for protection from abusive husbands and boyfriends I’m posting this because recently several people such as Rush Limbaugh calling women sluts because they are on birth control little does he know now a day’s women use birth control for medical reasons such as poly-cystic ovary syndrome and endometriosis because it alleviates pain and as well as according to http://www.kentucky.com/2012/03/05/2096437/merlene-davis-heres-a-new-cause.html Some politicians want to chip away at the Violence Against Women Act which is up for re-authorization. which would effect women’s protection and is crucial to help to eliminate domestic violence and stop women from being killed and beaten every 9 seconds it should be made stronger not weaker . since this is march and march is specifically focuse on women we should be loud and fight for our rights and our protection we can do this by supporting many non-profits such as every 9 seconds and we can also do this by speaking up I know If Emma Goldman and Jane Addams as well as and Margret Sanger would surly fight along side us Jane Addams not so much on the Birth control but Emma Goldman and Margret Sanger would on that all three would fight for the protection of women who are in need of it because of Domestic Violence I know in the end I added a third women Margret Sanger I haven’t read a biography on her yet but will in the coming weeks I know she was one that really brought attention to birth control so far and believed in a woman’s control over her body if that helps. But back to what I was saying in a since a women is dangerous only when she uses her voice and that is what I am doing right now and hope the rest of you will to not only this month but over the coming months and years a women who is silent never solved anything but a women who is loud and fights solves everything and we may have a huge fight on our hands till the end of time but things do change and we all get more freedom over time as well as rights.

Christmas tradition with my baby cousins and my mom
what true dedication looks like
We all have passion for things but are we truely dedicated to what we do there are five major things I’m dedicated to one is Miss Auburn a scholarship program I’m in it provides young women with not only money for the 44,000$ a year college education bit with life skills such as how to be sure to form opinions on social issues and confidence through poise and interviews as well as the proffessional skills and a second family full of loving caring supportive women who are there for them and are truely honest with you no matter what yesterday I went to rehearsal while sick and hurting to see there lovely faces because I missed them I call that dedication but it was not wise on my part because I payed for it today and felt sicker but when you love something so much it is hard to miss it. The second thing I’m extremely passionate about is my family I love them no matter what they do I normally babysit my 3 year old and 6 month old cousin everyweekend because their mom and grandma want a break and it is normally overnight now that is not easy. I also am a caregiver for my mom and dad who are both sick my mom more than my dad because I live with her when not at school she had a stemcell transplant 7 years ago I am extremely decicated to my family.the third thing is Domestic Violence victim avocacy I am going to school to get a degree in social work and sociology so I can help raise and end every 9 seconds so no one is beaten then I’m going to get a law degree so I can make sure the women that are in abusive situations and women who have survived DV have a voice as well as so the 80% of women in prison who are survivors of abuse get out. The third is child protection I want to make a new law that women who abuse drugs or alcohol and don’t raise there children lose them temporarily until they clean up their act and if after 3 years if someone wants to adopt the child they can and I want to help children of abuse speak up in court. The fourth thing I’m passionate about is my schooling I unfortunately had to take the month off but am dedicated I hate missing it and in the summer I’m sad not to be there. School is an important thing in my life now because I want all my amazing big huge dreams to come true when at school I study hard and make sure to only take classes that lead me tothis. The fifth huge thing I’m passionate about is photography I want to get a BA in it and own my own buisness I specifically want to take fun and crazy photos of pets in clothing and I want to take pictures of beautiful landscapes and places in the world I go as well as of real people not the Photoshop kind but pets are the most extreme I’ve been doing pet photography for 5 years now.
I love everything I’m passionate about but some I will admit have a little less then others but they all go together because they contribute to my Bright future and that is true dedication
